PHOTOS AND TRAVEL
Family and Friends.
Rachael and Uncle Ed at Gary's (2011) on our way to the WWII Museum. He landed twice at D-Day (Omaha Beach and Utah Beach), participating in two invasions and five major battles as a front-lines medic with the Army's 2nd Rangers. He was also a Golden Gloves boxing champion, a graduate of Delgado's chef school, and a member of the Screenwriters Guild with several radio plays aired in the 50s.

Fragments and Archetypes
These are photos taken by me or Rachael selected for the mere aesthetic pleasure of the composition. To show how arbitrary that pleasure may be, I've chosen as my cover image "Grain Channel," which everyone but me hates. Click the image for more Fragments and Archetypes.
Rachael's picture of the Eiffel Tower (2007), during our trip through France and Spain: dodging pickpockets at Arc d'Triomphe, the sprawling castle of Carcassonne, potato omelets and paella in Barcelona. "I had a different cramp every time I woke up," Rachael said after our overnight train back to Paris. "Ah, it's grapefruit," I said to the waiter in Montmartre.
